The new Delta 2000T model is powerful, dependable,
and easily configurable. From the simplest engine lathes and manual machines with bolts-on
side attachments through advanced slant bed and vertical turret lathes, the Delta 2000T
controls the full range of turning machines.
Conversational graphics make it easy to program the DynaPath control. Just identify
the "Event Type" from the graphic representation and the screen displays the
information needed to create the the program.
DynaPath's lathe control puts a wide of types of threading "Canned Cycles"
at your disposal. This makes it very easy to select the thread type needed and speed the
time to program.
In this example, "Turn Event", was the "Event Type" selected and a
detailed graphic of the dimensions needed to complete the program are displayed. Simply
fill in the blanks and the program is ready.
While DynaPath controls have great conversational programming capabilities, they can
be programmed in EIA "G-Code" at the machine or use a program generated offline.
Lathe operation requires a detailed tool table for tool length, nose radius and
orientation. DynaPath tables are complete and can be updated manually or from a network
PC.
